Nick Kurtz RN MAc (and Earl)

Nick grew up a farm kid and military brat and has lived in a lot of different places but mostly Kansas and North Dakota.  He graduated from Free State High School in Lawrence and received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washburn University in Topeka.  He holds a master's degree in acupuncture (MAc) from Tai Sophia in Laurel, MD.  He is a registered nurse in the state of Kansas (RN). 

He believes that acupuncture can be really powerful and touch a lot of lives if acupuncturists are willing to work as hard as a busy nurse in a hospital.  He enjoys treating a lot of people especially those who have never tried acupuncture before. 

Nick currently volunteers his extra time for The People's Organization of Community Acupuncture. POCA is a multi-stakeholder cooperative that includes patients, clinics, acupuncturists, and organizations.
